A very exciting opportunity for a temporary Demand Planner to join a global leader within manufacturing and FMGC products in the heart of Richmond Upon Thames for a 3-month contract.

You'll be responsible for supporting the Demand Planner Manager with Phase In / Phase Out reviews with the Plant DRP Planners on regular basis, and supports internal reviews

You will be accountable for:

  • Enabling 50:50 sales volume forecast by SKU level into planning system

  • Representing Product Supply in the multi-functional team on daily basis; represent the business for the regional product supply organizations

  • Running monthly reviews with sales & marketing to understand and track building blocks to deliver FY targets

  • Providing forecast to local business team based on customer sales forecast & promotion planning assumptions

  • Initiative launch volume calculation and phasing

  • Customer listing and de-listings

  • Participating in inventory safety stock level planning

  • Responsible for non-performing inventory depletion

You need to have the following key capabilities:

  • Analytical skills and ability to interact and influence other functions

  • Ability to communicate well (verbally & written)

  • Computer literate and detail orientated

  • SAP MRP experience, in planning modules

  • Experience with JDA

  • Forecasting experience in a FMCG environment

  • Team ethics
