JOB TITLE: Data Entry - 1 day per week

JOB TYPE: Temporary

DURATION: On - going

PAY RATE : £10.55

Job Role:

  • Data entry - adding and updating candidates and clients information onto the database

  • Prepare presentations

  • First point of contact with IT and Database providers

  • Manage the company website

  • Upload all job vacancies

  • Order all company supplies and stationary

  • Run detailed compliance checks for temporary candidates including reference and credit checks

  • Provide references for previous contractors to external companies

  • Organise all work social events including the summer and Christmas parties

  • Answer all incoming calls, screening calls and taking messages

  • To ensure accurate database maintenance, raising purchase orders and processing invoices

  • To compile reports, including analysis and identifying data trends

  • To manage time and tasks effectively

  • To escalate risks to ensure delivery of tasks

  • To maintain and contribute towards the continual improvement of office systems and procedures which enable the efficient and effective running of the organisation

  • To adhere to policies and procedures to meet legal and moral obligations in respect of, but not limited to equality, diversity and inclusion; GDPR, health and safety; and Charity Commission requirements

About you!

  • Experience of working as part of a team

  • Experience of report preparation and formatting of documentation

  • Experience of working with a range of databases or CRM systems including all aspects of data gathering and migration, input and monitoring

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • High level customer service skills

  • Ability to work independently, undertaking a high level of personal responsibility and initiative as required within the role

  • Ability to manage demanding workloads including working to conflicting deadlines whilst maintaining attention to detail

  • Ability to work with discretion and respect confidential and sensitive information

  • Excellent computer skills, including use of MS Office packages (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
