Office Angels are currently seeking 1 x Customer Service Advisor

The ideal candidates will have strong customer service or administration skills, with some previous experience essential.

there is an assessment day being held at the clients premises on Thursday 4th October 2019 from 10.30am-3pm - YOU MUST BE AVAILABLE TO ATTEND.

The Customer Service Assistant is responsible for:

  • Confident taking incoming calls and making outgoing calls.

  • Available Monday to Friday and can start at 8 (til 4) or 9 (til 5).

  • Works well in a team but also works well on own.

  • Basic computer skills (Outlook, Excel).

  • Driven individual who is able to use their indicative to prioritise workload.
