JOB TITLE: Customer Service Advisor


HOURS: 35 hours

SHIFTS: 9am-5pm

RATE: £10 per hour

DURATION: 9 months contract


  • This role will be based in an inbound call centre and will be dealing with requests from individual members within a pension scheme

  • The agent will be dealing with all sorts of queries from address change to investment queries

  • Full training of the role will be given

  • Candidates must have some contact centre/customer service experience
