The role will include the following tasks and duties:

  • Answering calls from Customers

  • Managing an inbox of customer queries and responding in a timely manner

  • Liasing with different departments

  • Administrative tasks, processing orders and invoices and some logistics admin

  • Must have excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and communication skils

  • Microsoft Dynamics or proven history of working with various systems

  • 8.30am - 5.30pm Mon - Fri
