CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISER, WYTHENSHAWE


INITIAL 3 MONTH CONTRACT - PERM OPPORTUNITIES AVAILABLE


£16,000 PER ANNUM + GENEROUS BONUS




My client - a national care-related organisation based in Wythenshawe - is looking for a Customer Service Adviser to join their friendly and welcoming team.


This role involves confirming appointments and managing the diaries for several senior staff - confirming with all stakeholders and sending relevant confirmation.


Duties will include:



  • Receiving details of appointments and scheduling in to the relevant diary

  • Maximising appointments in accordance with staff availability

  • Sending over confirmation emails with correct dates/times

  • Making external calls to confirm interview-related information if need be

  • Other ad-hoc admin duties where required


There is a fantastic opportunity to earn a generous bonus. This is calculated based on the efficiency in the scheduling of your appointments, and can work out as up to 80% of your basic salary on top of what you are already earning.


Please note that this is not a sales-related bonus and you will not be expected to relentlessly push products and services. We have worked with this company for several years and can confirm that this bonus is completely realistic.


We are looking for someone who:



  • Has experience in a phone-based role and a good customer service manner

  • Good general administration skills and accuracy

  • Contact centre or general admin experience

  • Is organised and able to schedule appointments efficiently

  • Is confident using different computer systems

  • Can provide service with a genuine level of care and empathy


**PLEASE NOTE** This position will run initially until the end of 2019 in order to cover an internal secondment. However there will be opportunity for longer-term or permanent roles if desired.


Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday


Salary: Basic salary of £16,000 per annum. Realistic earning opportunity of up to 80% of this per month
