JOB TITLE: Customer Service Administrator

LOCATION: Cardiff City Centre

HOURS: 35 hours

SHIFTS: 9am-5pm

RATE: £10 per hour

DURATION: 12 months initially

Based in the Cardiff city centre, this is an excellent opportunity, for an individual looking to balance their strong administration skills, attention to detail and top-notch interpersonal skills!

On a day-to-day basis, you will be required to deal with a variety of customer requests and queries within the Bereavements team.

Skills Required:

  • High accuracy and attention to detail

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral over the phone

  • Must be a team player and have a natural instinct to be helpful within the team

  • Knowledge of Financial Services Industry advantageous but not essential

  • Be articulate with a professional telephone manner

We'd love to speak to candidates that are:

  • Competent working with CRM/workflow management systems

  • Efficient users of Microsoft Excel & Word - able to use simple formulas (auto sum) & format letter correspondence

  • Able to work on own initiative
