If you are a natural communicator and you are ready for your next career challenge, we have a fantastic opportunity to work with a growing manufacturing company based in Alloa - Clackmannanshire. This location is easily commutable from Stirling or Falkirk areas.

Our client takes sustainability seriously and takes pride in making their manufacturing process as green as possible, for every tree that is cut down they plant a new one and considering how successful their business is that's a lot of trees!

Due to location it would be advantageous to have your own transport and hours of work are 9.00-5.30, Monday to Friday.

What will be expected of you:

  • Building relationships with clients and suppliers

  • Liaising with engineers and booking repairs

  • Dealing with incoming enquiries

  • Keeping in touch with existing clients

  • Processing customer orders by telephone, e-mail and various online platforms

  • Enthusiastic approach to helping with other areas of the business

Key Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel is essential

  • Problem solving

  • Diary Management

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Team working with willingness to impart knowledge to others

  • Customer orientated attitude

  • Excellent customer service delivery experience

  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • Solid administration experience
