Our client is a fast-growing business selling project handover documentation solutions and services to Tier 1 property developers and contractors in the UK construction industry. They are the largest provider in a niche sector and looking to grow the business nationwide to grow from current £4m turnover to £10m turnover by mid-2020.

Role Summary

The successful candidate will work to deal with both external clients and liaise internally across departments to ensure client needs are always addressed and responded to whilst ensuring their fundamental business objectives and values are adhered to.

This is a new role within the business and as such the candidate has the opportunity to grow the role from today's primarily operational responsibilities into a broader management role with wider influence in the business. On this basis, the ideal candidate is expected to have experience and knowledge of excellence in customer service and to be able to develop and shape this role over time.


  • Answer / resolve incoming product or service queries, through clarification of the customer's query, determination of the problem and selecting and explaining the best solution to resolve

  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication

  • Undertake and record customer feedback surveys

  • Advise / recommend on potential changes and enhancements to products and services in response to customer feedback and analysis of customer needs

  • Report on Customer Service KPIs [NPS, Feedback Surveys, lifetime rev, cust acquisition costs]

  • Keep records of customer interactions

Day to Day activities:

  • First point of call for all client queries regarding products / service

  • Administration of DocumentPark hosting user accounts

  • Managing hosting updates / enquiries

  • Reporting on set KPIs

  • Managing Client Feedback surveys / complaints log

  • Administration maintenance of the organisation module in Apex
