A successful nationwide company are looking to recruit a Customer Care Co-ordinator for there busy office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong administration/Co-ordination background.

Offering a competitive salary of £25,000 with benefits such as pension, life assurance and a bonus scheme. As well as Monday-Thursday working hours of 8:30am-17:30pm and a 16:30pm finish on a Friday.

  • You will be receiving calls and email from customers in relation to

  • Managing appointment diaries for maintenance operatives

  • Liaising with manages and third parties to arrange rectification of report issues

  • Providing up to communication to customers to keep them informed

  • Using in house systems to log and record all contact

  • Raising orders

  • General admin duties

To be considered for this role you will have to have a strong administrative background in a customer service role. You will need excellent computer literacy and have strong verbal and written communication skills.

The role will require someone who is proactive, can use their own initiative, work in busy fast paced environment and be able to work to deadlines.
