Office Angels Manchester are currently recruiting for a Creative Administrator for our client, a busy creative agency based in Manchester City Centre.

Duties will include:

  • Keep creative briefs up to date

  • Follow procedures and ensure sign offs are obtained

  • Schedule review meetings

  • Book shoots and artists

  • Source materials needed for shoots and arrange dispatch

  • Maintain filing systems

  • Any other administration as required

The successful candidate will have previous administration experience, gained within a varied environment. You must be able to demonstrate the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.

You will be required to use Excel on a daily basis so previous experience of this is essential.


Monday - Friday

Flexitime - 35 hours per week


£20,000 per annum


25 days holiday

Pension, Health Insurance and option to chose ether gym membership or Bupa after you pass your probation.
