Job Title: Corporate Receptionist

Pay Rate/Salary: £10 p/h

Our elite client is seeking a Receptionist who is articulate, polished and professional. Your role will involve providing 5* customer service on the front of house reception desk to all visitors. Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering calls promptly and in a professional manner

  • Greeting and welcoming visitors

  • Dealing with incoming post and distributing to the appropriate departments

  • Dealing with customer queries

  • Organising meeting rooms

  • Keeping the visitors sign in book up to date

  • General administration duties

Essential Attributes:

  • Previous reception/administration experience

  • Professional manner

  • Well groomed and presentable

  • Excellent phone manner

  • Organised with good attention to detail

  • Experience in a corporate environment (advantageous but not essential)
