Supporting one of our prestigious clients Office Angels are seeking a highly professional and experienced Receptionist to join the business on an on-going temporary basis. Working within a corporate environment you will be responsible for covering a very busy front desk whilst also supporting the team with general administrative duties.

DURATION: Ongoing Temp, with a potential perm opportunity for the right candidates


PAY: £10.00ph

LOCATION: City, West End - Central London

HOURS: 08:00am - 18:00pm (with an hour for lunch), 09:00am - 17:00pm etc

Essential Job Functions

  • Ensure all calls (internal & external) are answered, transferred/forwarded promptly

  • Record all messaged correctly and deliver them to the correct person

  • Deal with any queries from Occupiers/Guests and offer assistance

  • Assist Facilities/Building Manager with any Building Management duties and administration

  • Liaise with Building contractors and issues and or/work being carried out within the building

  • Understand and strictly adhere to the Front of House departmental procedures and practices

  • Ensure that all Front of House areas are well presented, clean and tidy at all times

  • Categorizing post/couriers and delivering to Occupiers/Guests where needed

  • Ensure all Visitors/Guests are signed in as specified by the Property procedures

  • Ensure lobby presence is maintained, and entrance doors are covered at all times

  • Provide information, directions/escort Occupiers, Guests to their desired locations

  • Proactively offer assistance to all Occupiers and Guests

  • Assist Occupiers and Guests with access barriers and access requirements

About you:

  • Reception / Admin experience

  • Proficient in Microsoft IT packages

  • Flexible approach

  • Positive nature and "can do" attitude

  • Well presented

  • Ability to liaise at all levels

  • Provide 5 Star customer service at all times

Other Skills/Abilities

  • Ability to priorities workload

  • Brilliant time management
