SALARY: £28,000-£30,000 *Depending on experience


Our client is located right in the heart of the City in stunning offices are seeking a Compliance/Office Manager with an excellent attitude and enthusiasm to join their professional team. Our client has excellent company benefits along with a great relaxed and sociable office environment.



JOB ROLE: Office/Compliance Manager


HOURS: 9.00am - 5.00pm (Flexible hours)


SALARY: £28,000 - £30,000 *Depending on experience


LOCATION: City Of London



DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:



  • Manage compliance processes

  • Document Control

  • Following company compliance processes

  • Upcoming office move

  • Executive secretarial support to senior members of staff

  • Administers correspondence, manages incoming telephone calls.

  • Arranges business travel (International)

  • Completes and submits business expense claims.

  • Acts as liaison with the landlord and building management on any office related issues.

  • Planning company socials and charity events

  • Arranges and manages the courier services.

  • Posting and franking post.



SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:



  • Ideally educated to degree level or equivalent*

  • Ideally educated within Law

  • Proven experience within a Compliance & Office Manager role

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Knowledge of all Microsoft Office Packages, especially Outlook

  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines

  • Someone who is able to think outside the box

  • Must be able to show initiative

  • Strive for the highest working standards at all times

  • Confident, personable, articulate, well presented and professional
