Role: Administrator (Claims Department)

Salary: £16,500 - 18,000 per annum + excellent benefits including 22 days holiday, private healthcare and discounted products.

Based: Kings Hill

Hours: Monday and Tuesday 8am-5pm, 9am-6pm and 11am-8pm (alternative weeks). Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 8am - 5pm.

This specialist company based in Kings Hill are looking for a Administrator to join their busy Claims Department, there is full training for this role, and excellent career prospects with no day the same!

The role involves handling claims from start to finish, dispatching forms, investigating and settling claims and communicating those decisions to the customer. You will answer queries via letter/email or phone and arrange claims payments.

You must possess excellent communication and customer skills, be an effective team player and take responsibility for your own workloads. The environment is fast paced and you must be able to demonstrate the ability to work with accurately with a busy workload. Basic IT skills are required including Word, Excel and Outlook.
