Part time Business Support Officer


3 days a week


Fixed term contract until 31/03/2020 - possibility to be extended

£26,000 full time (to be pro rata)


Are you an experienced Business Support Officer and looking for a new opportunity?


My client is looking for someone with a positive attitude, excellent communications skills and high attention to detail to join their team within the Health Industry.


The Business support Officer is to provide corporate support to the executive team and Board.



  • Provide business support to the Managing Director and operational team to enable efficient running of the organisation.

  • Support the provision and analysis of management and contract information/data.



  • Provide effective project support



  • Co-ordinate director, team, programme and partner meetings including setting dates, booking venues, collation/distribution of papers and taking minutes



  • Provide administrative support to team including preparation of information for reports, presentations and communications

  • Develop, maintain and manage appropriate systems



  • Maintain organisational risk log and appropriate programme management documentation.



  • Be responsible for the review, management and co-ordination of corporate policies

  • Provide administrative support for human resource management.



  • Maintain of employee holiday and sick leave records.

  • Support recruitment of staff and ensure robust procedures are in place and maintained.


Requirements:



  • Minute taking

  • Immediately available and only looking for part time work

  • Experience within a similar position

  • Knowledge and experience of using and analysing data

  • Comfortable when working to tight deadlines

  • Numerate and able to create/maintain simple spreadsheets
