Office Angels are recruiting for a Correspondence/Appeals Administrator on behalf of our well established client in the Chorley area to join their expanding close knit team.

Duties will include:

  • Liaising with Account Management as required

  • Liaising with different departments when needed

  • Reviewing all appeals received via post or email

  • Working to KPI's and contributing to team targets

  • Sending out relevant correspondence

  • Drafting letters

  • No phone work involved- Purely email, letter and internal system correspondence!

  • Ability to manage own workload

  • Working well individually and within teams

Flexible working Hours:

Monday - Friday
08:00-16:00 or 08:30-16:30

  • Car parking on site, permits are provided

  • Incentives monthly and annually for top performers (vouchers of up to £100, access to childcare vouchers)

  • Lovely team environment- close knit and friendly team

  • If team targets are met, early finishes are given and extra money is paid into your salary

  • Over time at time and a half available

  • After 3 months with the business, working from home 1 day a week is provided (upon discussion of availability)
