Job Title: After-Sales Administrator

Temp or Perm: Permanent

Location: Llantrisant

Salary: £17,000-£20,000

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9am-5pm ad-hoc Saturday

We have an amazing opportunity for an After-Sales Administrator. You will be apart of a lovely team working within a family-feel environment.

It is essential that you are highly organised and have strong administration skills for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contacting customers after sale is complete

  • Answering the telephone and dealing with enquiries

  • Input data into Excel spreadsheets to track enquiries

  • Speaking to customers for feedback

  • Contacting customer to resolve any outstanding queries

  • Liaise with customers

  • Book customers in for appointments and co-ordinate diaries

  • Taking payments

  • Warranty registration

  • Office administration duties

  • Filter and handle customer inquiries

  • Provide excellent customer service

  • Keeping in-house computer system up to date with stock vehicles

  • Maintain data in the relevant Systems (Excel)

  • Maintain customer related data

  • CRiS/HPI checking of all vehicles brought in to stock

Essential Skills

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.

  • Ability to work independently with a proactive approach

  • Strong initiative

  • Strong administrative skills

  • Professional manner

  • Good interpersonal skills

  • Fully proficient with Microsoft, Word, Excel
