We are delighted to be partnering with a well established and global business in their search for a passionate administrator.

Role: Administrator (based on the Reception desk) - Permanent

Company: Established for over 30 years, consistently growing and winning impressive contracts all over the world

Location: Poole area

Salary: £19,000 - £21,000

Hours: 8.30am - 5pm (ideally but this is negotiable)

Benefits: Free parking (but is also accessible via public transport), 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays, generous pension contribution, private medical insurance, employee discount scheme.

Your new job will be fast paced as you will be providing administrative support to various different departments and Managers, whilst also being the first point of contact for all visitors and anyone calling into the office.

Other skills that would be excellent to have for this position are:

  • Customer facing experience (this could be anything from hospitality, reception or call centre!)

  • Excel

  • Strong written and verbal communication

  • Proven experience at organising your own work load
