We have a new opportunity for an experienced Administrator based in the Beaumont Leys area to join a reputable company working as part of a team in a very relaxed environment, the hours of work are Monday - Thursday 8.30am - 5pm with an early finish on a Friday.

As the Administrator your main responsibilities will be;

  • Establish and maintaining contact with Customers via phone/email regarding pricing issues, orders, collections, deliveries, returns.

  • Collect and enter product information provided by internal and external Customers onto databases and trackers in a timely manner

  • Deal with queries/issues as they arise

  • Processing orders

  • Check templates for accuracy and completeness

  • Preparation and validation of tender documents for final submission.

  • Analysis of tender take-up and submission of reports to customers.

  • Maintenance of customer contract data and discount records on the internal ERP system.

  • Collaborating with internal customers such as Sales, Customer Services, IT and Warehouse teams.

  • Ensure excellent customer service is given at all times;
    Liaising with internal stake holders;
    Handle and resolve difficult situations quickly via telephone and email, offering a positive and friendly customer experience in every transaction.;
    Processing customer information and orders with accurately and attention to detail through the order processing system;
    Building strong working relationships with key accounts

To be successful in the role as Administrator role you will;
