Job Title: Administrator


Salary: £9.23 per hour


Hours: 9:00am to 17:30pm - Monday - Friday


Duration: On going based on performance


To be considered for this position you must be available to start immediately.


Main duties and responsibilities:




  • Contacting patients, performing data protection checks and obtaining availability.


  • Working within the team SLA's to complete and close cases.

  • Opening and distributing post, answering emails, answering inbound and creating outbound calls.

  • Inputting collected data onto the in-house system.

  • Case Management.

  • Processing invoices.


Competencies:



  • Excellent attention to detail.

  • Good knowledge of all microsoft packages.

  • Excellent Customer Service
