Office Angels Manchester are recruiting for an experienced Administrator to join a well established company working within a close knit team in the financial sector based in the city centre of Manchester close to local amenities.

Duties will include:

  • Front of house duties meeting and greeting visitors

  • Diary management for a small team and partners

  • Allocation of meeting rooms

  • Offering full administration support

  • Postal collection and allocation

  • Correspondence with clients face to face and via telephone and emails

  • Preparation of documents for the team

The ideal candidate will have exceptional verbal and written communication skills and be highly proficient with the entire Microsoft office suite and electronic diary management systems.
