Are you an experienced Administrator looking for a career in HR? Our client are looking for a bright and motivated individual with excellent communication and organisational skills to join our clients HR Team.


Job Purpose


To provide day to day admin support to the HR team.


Accountabilities



  • To assist with the processing of the administration of the monthly payroll, checking receipt of all documents and completion of appropriate movement forms. Ensuring that the payroll is with the HR Payroll and Systems specialist in a timely manner.

  • Responsibility for First Aid records and booking of all associated training e.g. Annual refresher, Initial First Aid Qualification and Requalification.

  • Maintaining records relating to employees learning and development e.g. SOP's and individual certificates of achievement.

  • Assemble employee offer packs and employee welcome day induction packs.

  • Transfer of temp to perm agency employee's files to the HR system e.g. training records, absence records and health and safety induction forms etc.

  • Occasional assistance with the set-up of room and buffets for welcome day inductions.

  • On-line ordering of flowers for births and ad-hoc occasions.

  • Transfer of historic staff floor documentation to the HR system.

  • Categorise employee files into appropriate sections, scan and then add to the employees existing electronic HR file on the HR system.

  • Attach absence summary forms to the relevant employee dated absence on the HR system.

  • Occasional copying of employee's files or printing out of HR records for legal purposes as and when requested to do so by the HR advisor.

  • Assisting the other HR team members with any other ad-hoc projects e.g. employee Christmas cards, reward vouchers etc.

  • Meet health and safety requirements as specified in the Health and Safety policy.
