Job Title- Administrator

Location- Cardiff

Working Hours- Monday- Friday 9am-5pm

Pay Rate- £8.50 p/hour

Office Angels have an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to join our client in Newport. The role is on a temporary basis, starting ASAP.

Key Responsibilities:

  • General administration duties

  • Greet clients and visitors

  • Answering phone calls

  • Responding to enquiries via email

  • Maintaining databases accurately, including bespoke systems

  • Communicate to relevant departments

  • Assisting with raising purchase orders for invoices

  • Data Entry

  • Use of Word and basic Excel

Personal Attributes:

  • Highly organised

  • Ability to work both independently and in a team

  • Strong IT skills

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Thrives on working in a fast-paced environment
