Team Administrator

Office Angels are currently recruiting for a Team Administrator to join our client, a leading financial organisation in Bolton.

Duties will include:

  • Adding new clients to the system

  • Checking compliance documents

  • Preparing mail merges and other documents

  • Creating reports

  • Assisting with invoices

  • Arranging meetings and booking meeting rooms

  • Preparing post and deliveries

  • Any other administration as required

We are looking for candidates with previous administration/secretarial experience. Previous experience working within the financial sector would be ideal but we will consider other professional services

Salary: £18,000 - £20,000

23 days holiday rising to 25 days after 2 years service
