My Client in the heart of the West End is looking for a bright hardworking administrator to join their busy team.


This is a long term Temp role so please only apply if you are available immediately and looking for a longer term Temp role.



Responsibilities



  • Maintaining office supplies and research new suppliers/deals where necessary

  • Maintain tea/coffee/fruit levels

  • Distributing incoming and manage outgoing post

  • Arranging courier deliveries, taxis and conference calls

  • Arranging meeting rooms, team training and lunches

  • Travel co-ordination

  • Helping with on boarding of new staff

  • Assist Office Manager with internal and external social events

  • Ensure the office is kept tidy and Health and Safety levels are met.

  • To provide support to all fee earners, either in respect to photocopying duties, or the organising of the office

  • Update Website and LinkedIn page regularly

  • Listing documents before they are scanned/archived with external agency

  • Ensure all files/folders are correctly marked and saved to the Document Management System for future reference

  • Ensure all documents received via post are electronically stored

  • Input document data into the standardregisters ensuring that the information is accurate and up to date

  • Adhere to record retention policy. Take responsibility for archiving and retention, retrieval and destruction of documents.

  • Assist with file migrations and audits as required

  • Input invoices received

  • Produce all billing narratives at the start of the month

  • Assist Accounts Manager with setting up new suppliers

  • Assist with processing staff expenses
