My client, a well established company based on the western outskirts of Preston, are looking for an efficient Sales Administrator with advanced excel skills to assist their busy team.

The role of a sales administrator is to take ownership of the product database on excel and assist the sales force with daily sales administration activities.

Experience and proficiency in using Microsoft Word & Excel Advanced Excel knowledge & experience in using Formulas, V-Lookups & Index Match Match is imperative.

The role will involve but not be limited to;

  • Updating & maintaining product database (excel)

  • Processing product orders.

  • Processing invoices for all sales transactions

  • Checking prices and contracts are up to date.

  • Supporting the sales force with general operations to help reach the team's objectives.

  • Taking phone calls from customers.

  • Communicating internally important feedback from customers.

  • Investigating into queries

  • Dealing with and responding to high volumes of emails.

My client is looking for a customer focused, efficient administrator with a confident and professional telephone manner.

Hours: Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00

This is a temporary role which is expected to continue for at least 3 months.
