Administration Assistant

SALARY:
£20,000k - £25,000k * Depending on experience

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:




  • Administration tasks to support the office

  • Answering telephone calls, queries and taking messages

  • Responding to emails and messages

  • Assisting the PA with overflow of duties - diary management, travel arrangements and meeting bookings

  • Invoicing customers and making sure they are billed in a timely matter

  • Working closely with the organisations billing manager

  • Dealing with queries from customer - providing great customer service

  • Covering reception area during lunch breaks and sick days

  • Handling problem solving

  • Working well amongst a team and supporting managers when require

  • Ad hoc admin duties



SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:




  • MUST have worked in a previous role - Strong administration skills and knowledge

  • Experience in invoicing is necessary

  • Well communicated verbally and written

  • Able to work amongst a small team

  • Eager to learn new technologies

  • Outgoing, self motivated, hard working,

  • Professional, well spoken and well presented

  • Personality fit is important within a team environment

  • Ability to work independently, use initiative and get on with work
