Our client is looking for a receptionist/administration assistant to support their small busy office and interact with members in a professional and supportive manner.

£22,000 - £26,000k* depending on experience

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:



  • First point of contact at reception, answer door and administer all visitors

  • Answering telephone, taking strict messages and forwarding calls

  • Facilitating meetings, organizing the rooms and taking full responsibility and catering requirements

  • Organising and booking travel for staff

  • Ordering and control of stationary and office supplies

  • Compiling letters, visa requests and documents, administrating passports

  • Managing and distributing mail, packages and office deliveries appropriately

  • Assisting with word processing, documentation and database requirements

  • Administrating business card scan system as directed

  • Dealing with office utility suppliers as directed

  • Ad hoc duties as requested by general manager and team




SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:



  • 1-2+ years in a similar receptionist/administration role

  • Excellent IT skills

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

  • Excellent communication and organisation skills

  • Ability to work under pressure, be efficient, trustworthy and conscientious

  • Well presented and well mannered at all times

  • Outgoing personality, very personable and pleasant telephone manner

  • Must be available Immediately (no notice periods)
