DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:


Main point of contact and office support for all administration duties



  • Supporting 3 directors of company - 2 of which are located in same office

  • Diary management, complex travel and accommodation arrangements

  • Planning meetings, taking minutes, arrangements and set ups

  • Answering the telephone and transferring calls in a professional manner

  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing post, faxes & emails

  • Assisting the HR and Operations Supervisor with ongoing projects

  • General office duties such as booking meeting rooms, scanning and filing

  • Completing expenses and mileage

  • Providing cover for the London receptionist when required

  • Assisting support teams with admin assistance when required

  • Maintaining company policies and procedure




SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:




  • Strong education

  • Needs to have experience in a similar office administration position

  • Confidence in managing the whole office and supporting higher levels

  • MUST have very strong communication skills both verbal and written

  • Excellent grammar, spelling and attention to detail

  • Needs to have experience with PA duties (diary management, travel, calendars etc.)

  • Must be well organised, forward thinking, willing to go the extra mile

  • Self-motivated, personable, eager to hit the ground running

  • Ability to work independently, use initiative and get on with work

  • Strong telephone manner and confidence
