We have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Assistant to join a well-established and growing company based on the outskirts of Bridgwater, Somerset that is linked to Hinkley Point C.

This is a full-time role working 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday, offering an hourly rate of £10.00 - £14.00 (DOE). This role is temporary ongoing therefore you must be available immediately or on a short notice period.

Key duties will include:

  • Raising and processing Invoices

  • Responding to invoice queries in a timely manner

  • Purchase ledger

  • Raising/amending and chasing purchase orders

  • Raising and posting manual cheques on a timely basis

  • Inputting data and updating the system

  • Other related administration duties

We are seeking a professional, switched-on and reliable candidate with good knowledge of accounts and administration along with high attention to detail and accuracy. The successful candidate must be computer literate and confident using all Microsoft Office packages, especially excel. AAT Level 2 Qualification is desirable however not essential.
