Office Administrator/Manager Role Guide


Salary: £27,500
Hours: 9am to 5:30; Monday to Friday
Working Location: Guildford Office/Home Working as necessary


Hybrid role, flexible to how many days in the office, must be able to go into the office for meetings


The Role:


You will provide support to the Senior Management Team across all areas of this rapidly growing company.


Duties will include, but not limited to:



  • Bookkeeping Purchase Ledger/Sales Ledger/Payroll Preparation (Sage)

  • Producing Monthly Management Accounts and Financial Analysis Reports (Sage)

  • HR functions for all employees (UK and overseas)

  • Interaction and liaison with customers and partners (UK and overseas)

  • Involvement in all areas of marketing/business development

  • Input and maintain business processes/procedures

  • Managing and processing monthly timesheet reports for analysis

  • Travel arrangements


The ideal candidate will have the following:



  • Previous accounts/admin experience (essential)

  • Experience of working in a varied role (desired)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (essential)

  • Working knowledge of accounting software - preferably Sage (essential)

  • All round IT ability - including MS office (essential)

  • Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks (essential)

  • Commercial awareness (desired)

  • Highly organised (essential)

  • Willingness and motivation to progress within this role
