Team Administrator - Financial Services


£25,000 - £27,000 per annum + excellent benefits package (see below)


Office Hours - Monday - Thursday 8.30-5pm, and a hald day on Fridays working remote!


Hybrid; 1 extra day working from home following probation.

The role:


You will be a key member of the team of 3 administrators dealing with a wide range of daily tasks.


Full training will be given and there is scope within this role to progress and develop your knowledge.



  • You will be primarily involved with multiple administration activities, you will also manage and collate company data and act as a primary response for the office.

  • Answering and directing phone calls and dealing with client queries.

  • Managing the database of clients and diary management.

  • Managing all correspondence for clients and providers.

  • Processing new business and writing basic suitability letters.

  • Data Entry.


What skills do you need?


You will need to have relevant administration experience and even better if you have some knowledge of IFA/Assets/Pensions etc but not essential!


Team fit is incredibly important here so if you have a friendly, helpful nature, provide excellent service at all times, enjoy being in a professional working environment and have superb attention to detail, this could be the perfect fit for you!


Full training will be provided by this supportive team.
