JOB TITLE- Office Administrator


HOURS- Monday-Friday 8:30-5:00

BENEFITS-Pension, 25 days Holiday plus bank holidays, On site parking

The day-to-day duties in your new job would be:

  • Managing paperwork for client records

  • Front of house greeting visitors

  • General Administrative duties

  • Answering telephone calls and directing to the right departments

  • Responsible for the incoming and outgoing of post

  • Assisting in the Business Manager in drafting letters, emails, and compliance records

We would love to speak to candidates with:

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Proficient user of Microsoft and IT systems

  • Strong Administration experience
