Office Administrator

The role:

  • Representing the company as the first point of contact; dealing with sometimes high-volume telephone and e-mail enquiries in an efficient and timely manner (NOT contact centre)

  • Providing excellent customer support

  • Meet & greet all visitors

  • All office administration tasks

  • Maintaining filing systems; typing, copying, data input, filing, scanning

  • Planning and managing diaries

  • Liaising with field sales teams

  • Processing and submitting completed paperwork

  • Inputting data into an internal system

  • Any other office based tasks - A flexible approach to working is needed!

The requirements

  • Excellent customer service & Admin skills!

  • A good level of spelling and grammar, with a working knowledge of Word

  • The ability to work well in a fast-paced environment

  • Work ethic is KEY - Are you dedicated, hardworking and committed to doing a good job? This is ESSENTIAL!

  • Own transport would be beneficial due to the location of this client
