Are you a bright and articulate Administrator? Are you looking to support a small team? Do you have construction experience? Office Angels are currently recruiting for a small family run business based in Southampton for a Contracts Administrator. Working alongside Contracts Manager you would be looking after a division of the business providing all administrative support to live contracts.


Duties include:


� First point of contact for all incoming calls and emails


� Managing the labour diary along side the Contract Manager


� Supporting Labour staff with administrative tasks



  • Managing stock orders for contracts

  • Liaising and building relationships with clients

  • Preparing risk assessments and method statements

  • Responding to all incoming emails

  • Supporting the Contracts Manager in their roles

  • General Administration


The successful candidate will:



  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Be able to prioritise and have exceptional attention to detail.

  • Have strong IT skills and the ability to pick up new processes and procedures



Salary £23000 Monday to Friday, plus fantastic benefits
