Office Administrator & Social Media Marketing - Property

This is the perfect role for someone who has a flair for Social Media and Marketing as they will be looking for someone to create website and social media content.

Our client is a highly regarded real estate agents in the heart of Battersea. Your work will be focused on supporting the lettings team across multiple functions.

JOB TITLE: Administrator with Marketing duties - Property

JOB TYPE: Permanent

COMPANY TYPE: Estate Agents

SALARY: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum

HOURS: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm, with the possibility of working 1 Saturday a month

LOCATION: Battersea, Nine Elms

The purpose of this role is to contribute to helping to run and maintain a professional office and help the team with a variety of duties from welcoming guests to updating property details. The main focus is on business support so administrative and organisational skills are essential.

  • Answering the phone, dealing with enquiries and directing calls

  • Updating in house system with property details, correct addresses, finding floor plans, property features etc

  • Uploading photos and writing property descriptions ready for publishing

  • Social Media and website content creation

  • Social media interaction

  • Assisting with tenancy moves in busy periods with tenancy progressions

  • Setting up new tenancies on in house software, checking tenancy agreement for typos, right to rent checks etc.

  • Marketing price reductions to registered applicants - regular mail outs for new properties and forwarding replies to relevant negotiators

  • Social Media Marketing & Website content

  • Updating Window Displays,

  • Facilities management of the office (Check fire alarms, report issues such as lights not workings)

  • Organising and managing keys- tagging up etc.

  • Back of house admin audits- check AML for existing clients

  • Restocking office essentials, tea, coffee, stationery, paper in printers,

  • Assisting the team! This is a busy but small company. You have a can do, will do attitude!

Skills and Experience

  • A minimum of 2 years previous administrative experience

  • Experience with marketing and social media content creation

  • Experience within the property industry desirable

  • You will be organised and personable with strong communication skills

  • You will have experience liaising with people at all levels

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Resilient and calm under pressure

  • Pro-active and takes initiative

  • Good command of the English language (verbal, written)
