Hours 9am - 5pm

Salary £17000 - £18000 + benefits which include 22 days holiday + bank holidays , company pension, private medical insurance, Life assurance, car parking on site.

My client, a well established business with an excellent reputation locally are recruiting for additional office support within their business. This role is a fantastic opportunity for somebody who is interested in learning more about working in HR, Health & Safety and finance as you will spend time supporting all of these areas as projects arise. In addition day to day your responsibilities will include:

  • Carrying administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc

  • Covering the reception desk daily

  • Maintaining computer and manual filing systems

  • Provide information to internal colleagues or external enquirers.

  • Handling sensitive information in a confidential manner.

  • Coordinating office procedures.

  • Resolve administrative problems.

  • Answering telephone calls and passing them on.

  • Receiving, sorting and distributing the post.

  • Greeting and assisting visitors to the office.

  • Photocopying and printing out documents on behalf of other colleagues.

To be considered for this role

  • You should have good IT skills and be confident using Word and Excel

  • You should have previous experience working within an office environment
