Office Administrator (Part Time)

Role: Office Administrator


Location: Bradford (Office Based)


Hours: Monday to Friday (25 hours per week over 5 days)


Salary: £13,676 per annum


Benefits: 22 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, Pension scheme, free parking on-site




Based on the outskirts of Bradford (although not an overly long walk from the bus and train stations), this Yorkshire through and through company has been trading for over 60 years and is now looking to for an Office Administrator to join a small and established team.



You'll be responsible for coordinating a range of activities for the department to facilitate the smooth day to day running.



Our client is looking to recruit an experienced administrator on a permanent basis offering a salary £13,676 per annum. This role will be office based.




Duties include




  • Data input (Into an Access database and CRM System) for new quotations passed by the sales team

  • Generate written quotations based on information provided by the sales team

  • Input data from supplier order acknowledgements

  • Liaise with customers regarding expected delivery date of their orders

  • Procurement of stationery and office supplies for the office

  • Contribute to quality customer service and help the team meet its targets

  • Answering inbound calls on the telephone system as required.

  • Invoicing for other departments

  • Support the logistics team during holidays and busy periods with arranging hauliers and deliveries

  • General administration duties



Experience Required




  • Experience with MS Office suite

  • Good Microsoft Word and Excel skills

  • Experience of using a CRM system to manage customer activity and records an advantage

  • Fantastic customer services skills and communications skills
