Office Administrator - Permanent Contract

North Shields

£17,000 per annum / £9.34ph

35 hours per week (some flexibility on start time up to 10am)

Office Based - Monday - Friday

Office Angels are currently recruiting for an Office Administrator to support our client based in North Shields. This is a Permanent opportunity working 35 hours per week over 5 days and is to start as soon as possible.

It's a fantastic opportunity for a candidate with some Administrative experience looking to start a career within a successful legal firm, who can offer brilliant progression opportunities.

The role will involve answering incoming calls on behalf of the business so an excellent telephone manner is essential.

Other duties will include

  • Managing paperwork

  • Opening and scanning post

  • Archiving

  • Cross-checking documentation on behalf of the Solicitors - attention to detail is key


  • Free on site parking

  • A Permanent contract with excellent progression opportunities

  • 23 days annual leave + Bank Holidays

  • Closed for all staff over Christmas and New Year

  • Health care plan

The successful candidate must be available to interview with our client on Wednesday 2nd June and will ideally be able to start soon after this date.
