JOB TITLE: Office Administrator
LOCATION: Newcastle
SALARY: £20,000 - £22,000
HOURS: 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday (Hybrid)

The day-to-day duties in your new job would be:

  • Assisting the Finance Manager with data entry, updating financial records, running reports and processing invoices using our in-house software

  • General office administration including photocopying, scanning, and filing

  • Updating various files and records on company database

  • Ordering stationery, purchases, and other office supplies as needed

  • Booking meeting rooms and organising refreshments

  • Booking taxis and couriers

  • Supporting the Management Team with travel planning

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Friendly and outgoing

  • Confident with all Microsoft Office packages

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Polite and well-presented

  • Extremely organised and able to prioritise a changing to-do list

  • Use your own initiative

  • Comfortable working both individually and as part of a team
