Due to company growth and, therefore, an increase in workload, Office Angels have a new opportunity to share!


Are you an established administrator with experience working in an office? Do you get a buzz from working in a fast-paced environment? This could be the perfect role for you!


We are working closely with a prestigious construction company to support them in finding the ideal candidate who has previous office administration, reception, and coordination experience. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, presentable, able to work autonomously and, possess an adaptable demeanour when communicating with senior figures and colleagues alike.


Your role would be broad with lots to learn and do, including:



  • Morning reception cover including lunchtime & holiday cover with existing receptionist

  • Providing full administrative support to colleagues and senior figures

  • Meeting and greeting visitors

  • Managing the telephone & incoming / outgoing post - directing & distributing as appropriate

  • Full document control including, filing, binding & archiving

  • Diary management of 3 company directors

  • Processing all company expenses

  • Minuting meetings and following up on action points

  • Updating business databases, including spreadsheets

  • General housekeeping - ensuring the office is always clean & tidy

  • Booking company travel & accommodation including organising regular company events

  • Any other duties as required


You:



  • Office administration experience is necessary

  • Hardworking and willing to learn

  • Able to multitask

  • Fantastic IT skills including, CRM systems & the entire MS Office suite

  • Excellent communication skills both written & verbal

  • Enthusiastic

  • Thrive in a very fast-paced environment

  • Enjoy a variety of tasks
