Job Title: Office Administrator


Location: Maidstone


Salary: Up to £32,000


Hours: Monday-Friday - 8am-5pm

As the Office Administrator your key responsibilities would be:



� Greet and assist all visitors with a warm and professional demeanour.


� Manage incoming phone calls and emails, ensuring a prompt and courteous response to inquiries.


� Uphold a clean, organised, and welcoming office space.


� Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure office supplies are well-stocked.


� Act as a central point for internal and external communication.


� Efficiently handle mail, emails, and phone calls, redirecting as necessary.


� Provide administrative assistance to various teams as required.


� Assist in scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organising office events

� Strong Administrative Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role demonstrating proficiency in office procedures and systems.


� Excellent Customer Service: Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

� Organisational Skills: Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
