Office Administrator

On behalf of our lovely client based in Lytham, St Annes, Office Angels Preston are recruiting for an all round Office Assistant to assist with current workload on a Part-Time basis..


This role is a temporary to permanent opportunity with huge prospects within a successful business.


The working hours are: 25 per week - Monday - Friday 8:00am - 1:00pm (flexibility where necessary)


My client is looking for someone experienced within the office preferably with previous HR and Sales Ledger and Purchase Ledger experience.


The role includes:



  • Answering telephone/reception duties

  • Data input including sales invoices, purchase invoices, weekly hours worked sheets

  • Match, batch and code delivery notes to purchase invoices.

  • Administration of petty cash

  • Administration of Company Credit Cards

  • Credit control work/ maintaining debtors ledgers etc.

  • Raising credit notes for Sales Ledger

  • Raising Misc invoices

  • Reconciling Creditor statement

  • Sorting out daily post and distributing throughout business - when necessary

  • Dealing with various accounts queries

  • Liaising with suppliers and customers on a regular basis

  • Updating Holiday and Sickness Records, direct labour hours, late - and KPI monthly

  • Assisting with new employee starter packs

  • Updating Training Records and certificates

  • General ad-hock administration Duties

  • Scanning

  • Maintaining accurate books and records on Sage and Priority

  • Contributing to the payroll - collating hours for payroll Agency

  • Assisting with Customer Visits - refreshments and lunch


My client is offering a starting hourly rate of: £10.50 per hour.


PREVIOUS SAGE EXPERIENCE - DESIRED.


This is a temporary role to assist with Administration within the office however has a strong potential to go permanent upon completion of the assignment.
