JOB ROLE: Office Administrator


INDUSTRY: Consultancy Firm


SALARY: 30k - 34k


LOCATION: West End ~ Hybrid



DUTIES INCLUDE:



  • Answering the phone, opening and distributing post, welcoming visitors.

  • Meeting room management.

  • Formatting ALL documents that leave the office (this includes specifications, reports, minutes, agendas, schedules and any other document that is being sent out) to ensure our brand guidelines are met.

  • Managing of company Dropbox account.

  • Setting up new bids / projects, creating electronic folders and setting up jobs in Harvest.

  • Arranging and collating resource sheets for 20+ engineers (excel)

  • Updating marketing database with new contracts (weekly).

  • Creating and assisting with PowerPoint presentations as and when required.

  • Setting up of CV's for new starters, updating current staff CV's with new projects

  • Set up and production of bid material as and when required (Indesign training will be provided)

  • Collating expenses at month end for all staff



SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:



  • At least 2-3 years' experience in an Office Administration role

  • Experience with Microsoft packages including Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint. Adobe packages including InDesign experience is desirable but training on these will be given

  • A keen eye with exceptional attention to detail

  • Excellent communication skills

  • This is a support role where you will be working with 60+ people to support them so you must be able to work as part of team as well as on your own.

  • Strong organisational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment

  • A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements

  • Work collaboratively, demonstrating initiative and ownership of tasks and issues

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
