As an Office Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the growth of our client's organisation. Your responsibilities will include:



  • Handling general calls and administration duties

  • Taking ownership of repair calls, following up on recommendations, and issuing quotes

  • Ordering parts and preparing jobs for invoicing

  • Booking and organising work for operatives

  • Liaising with suppliers, operatives, customers/clients, and other office staff
