Office Administrator

We are looking for a conscientious and resourceful individual to support the Office Manager in a fast-growing company, based at Reception in their beautiful Head Office in Victoria, London.


The ideal candidate would be enthusiastic and willing to support all aspects of day-to-day office management. The role involves working as part of a team and welcoming all guests and colleagues in a warm and professional manner. The ability to think on your feet is vital for what will be a diverse role with plenty of scope to make it your own.


JOB ROLE: Office Assistant

JOB TYPE:
Permanent, Full Time



HOURS:
08.30 - 17.30

SALARY:
£25,000 - £30,000. Depending on experience.

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:



  • Support the Office Manager with smooth running of the London office

  • Managing the Reception and acting as the first point of contact for visitors

    • Answering the main phone line and transferring calls

    • Offering refreshments in meetings and setting up occasional working lunches



  • Responsible for day-to-day office operations

    • Ensuring Reception and Meeting Rooms are immaculate

    • Managing the post and arranging couriers / deliveries

    • Responsible for the daily upkeep of the office aquarium

    • Stocking fridges with canned drinks, wine, and beer

    • Ensuring the kitchen is kept tidy throughout the day and well-stocked

    • Organising of daily laundry collections



  • Assisting will all aspects of office administration

    • Assistance with Expenses/Invoices/Ad-hoc departmental tasks

    • Liaising with the travel agent on complex employee itineraries

    • Registering employees for conferences

    • Assisting Office Manager with events, off site meetings, and social outings

    • Ordering office stationery, business cards and office supplies

    • Support finance team with processing of invoices and the cash reconciliation
