Role: Office Administrator - Legal industry!

Location: Huddersfield City Centre

Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm- 35 hours per week

Salary: £22,000- £24,000 - Depending on experience

Start date: ASAP

Benefits: 24 days + Bank holidays, Birthday off work, Perkbox

Are you an experienced Office Administrator looking for a new challenge? Then please keep reading as we may have the role for you!

We are supporting one of our reputable law firms who are based in the heart of Huddersfield located a short walk away from the train station. They are looking are looking for someone to join their small and friendly office team as soon as possible!

Please note if you have admin skills and are looking to move into an office-based position, we are also keen to speak with you!

Main Duties:

  • Supporting with the mail and franking each day.

  • Dealing with any archived documents from each department

  • Monitoring the generic email inbox

  • Preparing meeting rooms with tea/coffee as required for client/internal meetings including opening/closing rooms 1 and 2 as required.

  • Dealing with general admin duty requests from clients/Solicitors

  • Stationary orders

  • Provide cover for reception during lunch periods and including covering when existing receptionists are on holiday.

  • Supporting with the weekly fire alarm testing.

  • Provide administrative support to Head of HR, Learning and Facilities, as required.

  • General upkeep of the office / Assisting with keeping office areas clean and tidy.


  • Previous experience in an Administration role

  • Be able to always have a professional manner

  • Excellent team player

  • Ability to communicate to senior levels

  • IT literate - Outlook, Excel and Power Point
