JOB TITLE: Team Administrator
JOB TYPE: Full-time, 12-month fixed term contract, likely to become a permanent role

SALARY: £28,000 - £32,000
HOURS: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm (Hybrid working)

Responsibilities/Duties
- Maintain insurance policies with the support of the Administration Manager, while working with other teams across the business to ensure sufficient cover is in place at all times.
- Be responsible for lease cars, keeping all records up to date and confirming that salary sacrifice arrangements for payroll are correct each month
- Look after the 'back office' elements of Procurement and Supplier/ Client on-boarding to ensure relevant company information is disseminated externally as required
- Review and monitor our policy library
- Oversee GDPR for the organisation
- Support the Administration Manager and Administration Assistant with the smooth planning and delivery of team events including strategy days, training etc.
- Assist the HR Manager with the data cleansing project to ensure all employee files are stored appropriately and reflected between current HR platform and Sharepoint.
- Manage the employee benefits such as PMI cover and ensure joiners and leavers are added/removed as appropriate.
- Support the HR Manager in the recruitment process, including managing interview processes, issuing offer letters, contracts, and welcome emails, and ensuring new joiners are inducted into the business smoothly liaising with our Administration Assistant regarding appropriate equipment.
- Manage the probationary review process, flagging any performance related issues to the HR Manager.
- Undertake research and setup demonstrations on a new HR platform which combines HR, payroll, and Performance Management.
- Assist the HR Manager with rolling out the new platform and coaching employees on how to use it.
- Issue and undertake the first analysis of any employee surveys conducted.
Skills and Experience
- Administrative experience essential!
- Ability to demonstrate strong numerously and literacy skills
- Have excellent organisational skills
- Be competent with full Microsoft office suite of programs (They strive to be a paperless organisation)
- Excellent communicator across all mediums
- Demonstrate an ability to manage a wide and varied workstream whilst remaining organised.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Be a collaborative team player. The HR & Admin team is small but dedicated and relies on a commitment to meeting shared goals and ensuring the smooth running of the company's back office.
- Show flexibility, especially when under pressure, in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of HR systems is a plus.
- Preferably degree educated *or equivalent
