Location: Canary Wharf


Salary: £18,000 - £21,000 Depending on experience


Hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm this role will be 100% office-based Monday - Friday

In this role you will be responsible for the administration of trade activities, making payments and interacting with clients.


Responsibilities:



  • Adding and confirming new beneficiaries

  • Administration of trades and setting up payments

  • Production of reports

  • Generating and sending trade confirmations

  • Liaising with different teams

  • Support the sales team with admin needs


Skills and Experience:



  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • High level of attention to detail

  • Confident maths skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

  • Ability to stay calm in a busy and fast paced environment

  • Ambitious, Self-motivated and proactive
